SUPPORTED HOUSING
Providing home support services that will empower adults to live in their own homes and as part of their local communities.
DAY SUPPORT SERVICES
Supporting adults to be active, independent members of their community and society; to make choices and plans; to have influence over the decisions which affect their lives; and to achieve personal goals and aspirations.
FLOATING SUPPORT
Providing outreach services to children and adults, and achieving meaningful outcomes in areas such as daily, social, interpersonal and leisure skills, by using a person-centered, outcomes-based model, which includes support and guidance for families.
RESPITE AND FAMILY SUPPORT
Offering personalised support for people with disabilities and autism, providing respite for them and their families.
