I’m Peter, the founder of GROW Coaching and Development, with over 35 years of experience in education and leadership development. My career has been rooted in supporting individuals and teams to reach their full potential, particularly within the education sector. I spent many years in Learning and Organisational Development at a Russell Group university, where I provided bespoke coaching to leaders.

I specialise in working with leaders in education and other senior professionals, understanding the unique challenges you face.
