community training

At Inspire, Our Community Based Training programme explores the core elements of developing and maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing.

Our training sessions and workshops are interactive with activities, discussion and games and to encourage participants to engage and reflect on the delivery topics. However we also understand that topics can be sensitive – our trainers are empathetic, non-judgemental and supportive ensuring that everyone’s wellbeing is at the core of every session.

Heres the details:

  • Our courses are available for non-for-profit community and voluntary sector organisations.
  • We can run sessions for staff or people your organisation supports.
  • Training sessions can range from 1 hour to 1 day, speak to us about your requirements and we are happy to modify based on need.
  • Our sessions can be delivered In-person or Online, and we aim to be flexible with the timings available

“Just want to say a massive thank you…Catherine’s presentation  ‘being more substance savvy’ was brilliant and the ladies from our Menopause Support Group found it very informative and the tips very helpful. I do appreciate the time Catherine took to make the presentation more applicable to the menopause”.

We are happy to discuss potential partnership opportunities that would include seeking external funding for projects.
